    The Hotel has an agreement with the Lido California just a few meters from the Hotel (reachable on foot, equipped with a cabin, umbrellas and deck chairs). The beach is made up of sand and gravel
  • Are umbrellas and sunbeds included in the price?

    No. The cost of the service varies from € 20.00 to € 40.00 (1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds) depending on the row and must be paid directly on site. It is preferable to book the beach service in advance for a possible stay in August.

  • It is easy to reach the centers of Pompeii, Paestum, Capri, Sorrento etc. from your hotel?

    Yes sure. It is possible to do this both with your own car and with public transport. In any case, we will provide you with all the information material of the area such as road maps, bus, train and ferry timetables and many brochures of the places to visit.

  • Is it possible to rent a scooter?

    Yes sure. It is possible to rent it at the reception. Delivery takes only a few hours and is done directly at the hotel by the company we have an agreement with.
    The average cost for a scooter is 60.00 euros per day.

    Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public spaces of the hotel. Also at your disposal is the PC with internet connection directly next to the reception.

    Early check-in is possible but is subject to availability. Late check-out is possible but is subject to a surcharge.

  • From what time can you enter the room and at what time should it be released?

    Arrival is recommended from 2pm to 8pm. Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure. For any forecasts of arrival outside the range specified above, please notify us a few days in advance

    All the rooms of the Hotel Santa Lucia are equipped with air conditioning, active day and night without time limits from May to October. There is no additional price.

  • Are there architectural barriers for people with disabilities?

    Absolutely not. The hotel has been renovated avoiding architectural barriers and is adequately organized to accommodate disabled people.
    We have an entrance, a lift and 2 rooms equipped for the disabled.

    Yes of course. The Santa Lucia hotel has two rooms for the disabled with all the necessary services and comforts.

    Yes. The Santa Lucia di Minori hotel has a lift, which can accommodate up to four people, serves every floor of the hotel and is accessible to people with disabilities.

  • Where can you park the car? How much does the garage cost?

    We have a guarded internal garage and a paid parking with a collection and delivery service. The price is € 20.00 per night.

  • Is it possible to park near the hotel?

    Yes, there are municipal car parks - The areas authorized by the Municipality are recognizable as they are marked in blue - always for a fee from 08:00 to 02.00

  • Can I park my car outside the hotel?

    It is only possible for a short stop for loading and unloading luggage.

    The Hotel Santa Lucia has its own internal restaurant "GARUM", whose reception hall can accommodate up to one hundred guests; it is also possible to dine on the outdoor terrace (40 seats).
    Please dress in a sporty and / or elegant way (guests with only a bathing suit and bare feet are not allowed.
    The timetable is as follows:
    Lunch: from 12.30 to 14.00.
    Dinner: from 7.00pm to 9.30pm; in summer from 7.00 pm to 10.00 pm.
    The "GARUM" offers a rich local cuisine, with the most varied fish-based menus and a wide choice of wines from the Sammarco cellar.
    Attached to the restaurant in a lovely outdoor corner, you can experience romantic moments by candlelight.

    In case of early departure is it possible to have breakfast?
    Breakfast starts at 07.15 am until 10.00 am, in case your departure is before the mentioned time, it is possible to request a breakfast to take away. We kindly ask you to make arrangements at reception the evening before your departure.

    No. A few meters from the hotel there is a tennis court, a bowling green, a soccer field. The use of the same is subject to charges (for further information consult the reception).

    After checking and confirming availability, the reservation can be made by e-mail, by telephone or by FAX.

  • Is it possible to book a room online at the hotel Santa Lucia?

    Of course, just connect to the online booking system and choose your room.

  • Can I book the room by communicating only the details of the credit card?

    Yes, it is possible. The number and expiry date must be communicated via FAX or from our website (via an external VeriSign Secured service). In this case no deposit is required.
  • Do I need a deposit to book the room?

    For stays up to 3 nights
    We require a deposit equal to the cost of the first night.
    For stays longer than 3 nights
    We require a deposit equal to the cost of the first night + 30% of the total amount of the reservation.

  • Are the prices intended per person or per room?

    Per room, except for any packages and promotions where prices are per person.
  • Is it possible to pay the entire bill upon arrival?

    Yes, cash or credit card is possible. Checks are not accepted.
CANCELLATIONS
  • Do I incur penalties in case of cancellations before the scheduled time?

    In case of early departure, the entire stay will be charged.

  • Does the cancellation or cancellation of my booking involve penalties?

    Cancellations made up to 3 days before the date of arrival do not involve any cost. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the cost of the first night for stays up to 3 nights. For stays longer than 3 nights, the cost of the first night + 30% of the total reservation will be charged

CITY TAX
  • Tourist tax

    Tourist tax (Council resolution of the Municipality of Minori No. 6 of 31/03/2014). The tax is paid for each day of accommodation and is applied for the first 5 consecutive days of accommodation.

    The tax is €4.00 for four-star hotels.
    Exemptions
    The following are exempt from paying the tax:
    1) persons who have not reached the age of ten at the start date of the overnight stay
    2) people with disabilities
    3) volunteers who provide their service at events organized by the municipal administration, or on the occasion of environmental emergencies;

TOUR DESCRIPTION:

Meet your local guide for the day and board the coach to depart for Pompeii, passing the beautiful towns along the Amalfi Road. When you arrive in Pompeii, you will have approximately 2 hours of guided tour of the archaeological excavations of this commercial center which was buried by the eruption of Vesuvius. Discover the conditions and contexts of ancient life which ended abruptly in the night between 24 and 25 August 79 AD when 5 meters of lapilli and ash buried this city on the Campania coast. You will have free time for lunch before continuing to Herculaneum. When you reach Herculaneum, the other city buried by Vesuvius, you will have about 2 hours visit to the excavations. Unlike Pompeii, which was a thriving commercial center, Herculaneum was a quaint residential coastal town. On the return journey you will stop at the well-known cameo atelier. Please note this tour is not suitable for those with limited mobility as it involves a long day of walking around the excavation sites.
